The 2025 Magontec Limited Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 5 February 2025 at 11:00am AEDT.
As announced to the ASX, this Meeting will consider Resolutions relating to the Memorandum of Settlement between Magontec Limited and the Qinghai Salt Lake Magnesium Co Ltd (QSLM).
Shareholders are invited to attend the EGM in person at the Corporate Head Office of Magontec Limited, Level 2, Suite 1, 139-141 Macquarie Street (Domain House), Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.
