First time for Magontec to raise their flag as exhibitor for Magnesium at the large trade show “Aluminium 2018” in Dusseldorf, Germany. With a focus on lightweight, 25,000 visitors were the perfect audience for new applications. Many of our existing clients and new business prospects were eager to learn about our new Qinghai plant in China, which opened in spring 2018. This unique plant produces Magnesium in an ecologically clean and sustainable fashion, resulting in the lowest CO2 emissions in the world.
CEO Nic Andrews and Managing Director Christoph Klein-Schmeink have enjoyed 3 busy days with numerous meetings, inspiring discussions and good ideas for new business partnerships. Visitors from 123 countries came to the trade show and many of them were interested to discover Magontecs’ latest innovations.
Armin Buschhausen, Sales Director Metal and his team presented Magontec also as the biggest Magnesium recycling company in Europe.
This event gave wonderful opportunities to build new contacts for strategic business developments.
